Diepsloot threatens shutdown over crime

Angry Diepsloot community members are now demanding an audience with the president.

JOHANNESBURG - Crime in South Africa has shot to unbelievable levels.

Murders are reported daily and communities are fed up with the lawlessness and brutality of criminals.

Two congregants, including a pastor, were killed in Diepsloot last week.

The angry community are now demanding an audience with the president.

They say the latest increased deployment of officers to the area has made no difference.
