JOHANNESBURG - The Automobile Association is asking Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana to keep transport at the top of the agenda in his budget speech.
The AA wants the minister to reduce the price of fuel and to prioritise road safety.
There has been speculation that the government might consider increasing the fuel levy.
