JOHANNESBURG - EFF maintains that there was no shooting of ammunition at the party's fifth anniversary celebrations held in the country's Eastern Cape province in 2018.
EFF leader Julius Malema has been convicted for breaking the country's gun laws.

But he insists the prosecution was politically motivated and part of a campaign, to discredit and silence him.
Malema did not hold back, accusing magistrate Twannette Olivier of racism.
He plans to appeal.
