JOHANNESBURG - EFF leader Julius Malema has challenged the validity of KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s testimony before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee.
Malema argues that Mkhwanazi’s statement has not been properly submitted, saying Parliament only received a supplementary version he initially filed with the Madlanga Commission.

But the committee’s legal team insists the statement is valid.
