VANDERBIJLPARK - Scholars are studying South Africa's changing political landscape which became even more apparent after last year's polls.
Dr. Sysman Motloung of the North-West University believes South Africa is at a crossroads.
He is now calling on leaders to tackle challenges like the persistent poor service delivery, unemployment, declining trust in government among others.
