MUSINA - Suliman Carrim's matter has been postponed to 9 November.
Carrim appeared at the Musina Magistrates' Court on Friday.
The controversial North West businessman is fighting for freedom in Musina.
The tenderpreneur is applying for bail in an attempted theft, fraud, and money-laundering case.
The case concerns alleged attempts to smuggle bank-financed vehicles across the border.
Earlier this week, Carrim was granted R100,000 bail in a separate case related to the Madlanga Commission.
It came after he failed to appear on numerous occasions.
The court ordered him to contact the inquiry directly within 48 hours.
Now the Madlanga Commission has said Carrim failed to comply with his bail conditions.
Carrim's lawyer failed to arrange a date for the next appearance.
