JOHANNESBURG - The loss of South African soldiers in the DRC has underlined the need for advancements in technological support for military forces.
Things like drones have been spoken about as a necessity.
This comes after 13 SANDF members lost their lives over the weekend, in the city of Goma.

Defence company Milkor Daniel du Plessis said the use of drone technology can be used for strategic surveillance and attack operations.
