DRC Conflict| Flags fly at half-mast in honour of fallen 14 soldiers

CAPE TOWN - Flags are flying at half mast on Friday at all South African flag stations in honour of the soldiers killed in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.

They died during fighting with the M23 rebels. 

President Cyril Ramaphosa, made the flag directive during his State of the Nation Address on Thursday.
