Ekurhuleni mayor promises to fix city, restore order

EKURHULEN - Ekurhuleni's finances and its earlier flawed audit need to be sorted out.

This is what the city's Executive Mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza is promising.

He was delivering his first State of the City Address.

Xhakaza is also vowing to increase security and police visibility to restore hope in the Gauteng Metro.

However, he admits there are several issues he has to correct from the previous administration.
