Siyakhangela Ndevu and his wife Vuyokazi have been charged with gross violation of the Liquor Act.

They appeared briefly in court on Friday.

A parent of one of the slain teens, Khululekile Ncandana said, "what makes really said, when you see somebody after a thing like this just happened, they don't seem remorseful, they are laughing and all that stuff but such a thing has happened to our kids."

"If they say it is suffocation it should have come out from the first postmortem, to me that's my personal view it seems as if they are hiding something, as to what they are hiding I don't know but we will get to that."
