JOHANNESBURG - A forensic investigation has uncovered a fraud scheme involving some Eskom employees accused of generating billions of rands in fraudulent prepaid electricity vouchers.

It's just the latest in a long list of corruption scandals involving Eskom employees.
Calvin Rafadi, a forensic investigator and research associate at the University of Johannesburg discussed what this means with eNCA.
