EAST LONDON - Buffalo City residents are frustrated with poor service delivery from Eskom.
Making matters worse, is the sight of a fleet of new vehicles standing idle at the utility's offices.
These Eskom-branded vehicles have been out of action for a long time and are in desperate need of repairs. Communities say, now they understand why there's a lack of service and timeous responses to their problems, from the power utility.

In the meantime, eNCA has learnt some old vehicles will be auctioned off, and replaced with the new fleet.
For residents, however, all this means little as they battle rising tariffs and declining levels of service.
