Family waits four weeks as burial contract lapses

JOHANNESBURG - A Tsakane family is enduring double the trauma following the stillborn birth of their child. They are unable to afford the burial.

At the same time, the local government’s contract with undertakers meant to assist families without the means has lapsed.
