JOHANNESBURG - As Johannesburg continues experiencing water supply issues, Joburg Water is trying different ways to fix the system.
This includes throttling reservoirs, closing inlets and diverting water.
But there are fears that old pipes and infrastructure will not be able to cope with the changes.
