VANDERBIJLPARK - The case against Emfuleni's former fleet manager, Lerato Mpholo, has been postponed to next Monday.
Mpholo appeared before the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate's Court and has been remanded in custody.
The accused faces three counts of corruption, fraud and theft linked to the alleged misappropriation of municipal funds.
Gauteng’s Political Killings Task Team arrested him after investigating the alleged irregular awarding and implementation of a fleet contract.
The tender was awarded to a service provider for 18 municipal vehicles, including trucks and bakkies.
