JOHANNESBURG - Former Hawks Head, Johan Booysen’s legal team has raised concerns with the Nkabinde Enquiry over allegations tying their client to a death squad.
Booysen’s lawyers say he was never given a fair chance to present evidence to rebut the claims.
They say although there was a consultation, Booysen has not been formally invited to give his side.
At the same time, whistle-blower Ari Danikas has recently spoken out, reiterating the claims that Booysen ran a death squad.
