MANILA - Former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has been arrested.
He was apprehended in Manila under an International Criminal Court warrant citing crimes against humanity.
This is related to his war on drugs.
He's accused of killing around 4-thousand mostly poor men often without proof.
Duterte maintains he has done nothing wrong and was acting in the interest of his country.
