Gauteng budget speech | Still no clarity on e-toll refunds

JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng government plans to borrow R13-billion to pay Sanral for the e-toll project.

Finance MEC Jacob Mamabolo says they've approached several institutions to borrow the money.

During his budget speech on Tuesday, he again said e-tolls will be a thing of the past at the end of the month.

But, there's still no clarity on whether those who paid for e-tolls will get their money back.
