Women are raped, assaulted and killed at an astronomical rate.

Government institutions say they’re making it their mission to fight this scourge.

In the Eastern Cape, the launch of another Thuthuzela Care Centre could help many Komani rape victims to cope after their ordeal while also helping put perpetrators behind bars.
