JOHANNESBURG - Malusi Gigaba's legal team has started studying the case against him.
Gigaba appeared before the Palm Ridge magistrate's court with co-accused Anoj Singh, Brian Molefe, Siyabonga Gama and Thamsanqa Jiyane, where they were charged with corruption.

The alleged corruption occurred during the procurement of locomotives at Transnet.
At the time, Gigaba was the Minister for Public Enterprises.
