JOHANNESBURG - The cross-examination of the lead investigator in the Senzo Meyiwa trial continues today at the Pretoria High Court.
Proceedings were cut short on Tuesday after Advocate Charles Mnisi, the new legal representative for Accused Number 1, Muzi Sibiya, requested a postponement to verify evidence surrounding his client’s arrest.
Mnisi was granted nearly four months to prepare to cross-examine the state's final witness, Bongani Gininda.
He now says he cannot recall all the details from the thousands of pages of court records.
