Gordhan: I won’t be bullied into Mango decision

JOHANNESBURG - Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan says he won’t rush into a decision on the sale of Mango Airlines.

The High Court last week gave him just 30 days to decide after long delays.

But Gordhan insists he still needs more information.

He says he’s still studying the ruling and will make a decision on the basis of legal advice.

Gordhan says he’s yet to get information he requested from the business rescue practitioner.

The minister has reiterated his responsibility to apply the law on his oversight on state-owned entities.

He says will not succumb to pressure put on him by elements with zero regard for South Africans.
