Gungubele: Cabinet awaiting legal advice on state of disaster on Eskom

PRETORIA - Minister in the Presidency, Mondli Gungubele says cabinet is still awaiting legal advice on whether or not it should declare a state of disaster on Eskom.

Gungubele says there are other options being considered, to fast-track the process of ending the blackouts.
