JOHANNESBURG - The Hawks have nabbed two alleged vehicle thieves believed to be linked to a larger syndicate.
The elite police unit was acting on crime intelligence when they made the arrests in Gauteng.
The two suspects aged, 37 and 32, were arrested in Naturena late Sunday night.
3 vehicles were found on the site, all reported stolen at various police stations in the province.
They were also found in possession of electronic devices, including signal jammers.
The pair are believed to be part of a syndicate targeting high-end luxury vehicles.
