GEORGE - Health Minister, Dr Joe Phaahla said the George building collapse is a major catastrophe.
Phaahla was addressing the media outside MediClinic in George today.

Dozens of workers remain trapped underneath the five-storey building, while the death toll has risen to 14 people.
Phaahla says one of the patients will be transferred to Groote Schuur hospital.
