Health ombudsman bows out

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's first ever Health Ombudsman Professor Malegapuru Makgoba has bowed out of office.

After seven years in office and 10,861 complaints later Makgoba's term has come to an end.

He was appointed in June 2016.
