JOHANNESBURG - Higher Education Minister Buti Manamela has issued a Notice of Intent to cancel the registration of Damelin, City Varsity, and ICESA City Campus.
The Department cites ongoing non-compliance, including failure to submit annual reports and prove financial sustainability.

It has also confirmed that ICESA City Campus has ceased operating.
The notice will be published in the Government Gazette, and affected students will be provided with support.
