Home Affairs looking to revoke Magudumana’s passport
JOHANNESBURG - The Department of Home Affairs plans to revoke the passport of Dr Nandipha Magudumana.
She has been linked to Facebook rapist Thabo Bester and his escape from the Mangaung Correctional Centre.
Bester and Magudumana fled the country when it emerged the body found in his prison cell was not his.
They used fake passports and were later apprehended in Tanzania.
"The DHA has obtained legal advice that there are strong legal grounds to revoke the passport of Dr Nandipha Magudumana and that firm action must be taken to that effect," Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi said.
