CAPE TOWN- Private investigator Paul O'Sullivan told MPs before the Parliament's Ad Hoc Committee that he is not a spy.
O'Sullivan got into a heated exchange with MK Party MP David Skosana, who accused him of being one.
In response O'Sullivan said:
"He is trying to make his point, and he is lying through his teeth. I am not a spy, and I've never been a spy.
"I have served this country well and faithfully, risking my life for 36 years not to come here and have a member of this house unlawfully accusing me of being a spy," he said.
But Skhosana dismissed his response.
