CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa has welcomed the decision by the International Court of Justice which ordered Israel to take measures to prevent all acts of genocide in Gaza.

Ramaphosa says South Africans are deeply concerned about the continuing loss of life and human rights abuse in the area.
