Joburg City Council | Phalatse to face vote of no confidence

JOHANNESBURG - Newly elected Johannesburg Council speaker Colleen Makhubele has called for a special sitting for Friday.

This is to allow a motion of no confidence against Mayor Mpho Phalatse.

Makhubele of the Congress of the People (Cope), was voted in on Wednesday, defeating a DA candidate.
