Joburg Council | Phalatse takes legal route

JOHANNESBURG - The DA's Mpho Phalatse was ousted as Johannesburg mayor but she's not backing down without a fight.

Phalatse has filed court papers to challenge her ousting.

The ANC is now back in power in the Joburg metro, with Dada Morero now mayor.

There's been mixed reaction, of course, to the removal of Phalatse.
