BLOEMFONTEIN - Alice Pula, the daughter of the late former Minister of Defence and leader of the Congress of the People (COPE) Mosiuoa Gerard Patrick Lekota has described her father as a humorous person.
In the midst of the jokes, playful nature and storytelling he was very strict when it came to respect, she added.

Lekota died at a Johannesburg hospital on Wednesday following a long illness.
The late former Minister of Defence and COPE president will be honoured with a Special Official Funeral Category 2.
President Cyril Ramaphosa declared this on Friday.
The funeral is set to take place in Bloemfontein and will feature ceremonial elements provided by the South African Police Service.
