JOHANNESBURG - Apartheid police officer, Christiaan Rorich's second attempt to have Judge Dario Dosio recuse himself from the landmark COSAS 4 trial has failed.
Dosio dismissed the application, saying it has no reasonable prospect of success.
A heated exchange between Rorich's lawyer and Judge Dosio ensued when trial dates were being discussed.
