PRETORIA - The cross-examination of a ballistic expert in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial faces further delays.
It was supposed to get underway on Monday, but part of Chris Mangena’s testimony is not on the official record.
It’s been over a year since Mangena testified.
His evidence linked accused number three to the bullet and gun that killed the soccer star in 2014.
The state hopes to get the missing transcription on Tuesday after requesting it on Monday.
Mangena is now likely to take the stand on Wednesday.
