Justice for Meyiwa | Lawyer or no lawyer?

PRETORIA - The lead investigating officer in the Senzo Meyiwa murder insists that a lawyer was present when Accused 2 made his second confession.

This contradicts Bongani Ntanzi's claim that was not represented and did know a man in a suit who was said to be his lawyer.

The head of the National Cold Case unit, Bongani Gininda, was giving evidence in the trial-within-a trial-that's considering how confessions by two accused were obtained.

He insists Ntanzi confessed freely and voluntarily after twice being caught out in a lie.
