DURBAN - It has been about two weeks since KZN Police commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi dropped explosive allegations about the motives of disbanding the political killings task team.
He said that the team was closing in on links between politicians and criminals in Gauteng.
On Monday afternoon, the team arrested four men between the ages of 45 and 60 in connection with the murder of musician Oupa John Sefoka, popularly known as DJ Sumbody.
Deputy Patriotic Alliance President Kenny Kunene has been placed on 30-day leave after he was found at the home of the suspected mastermind behind DJ Sumbody's murder.
