JOHANNESBURG - Dismissed senior Crime Intelligence officer Feroz Khan is expected to appear before the Madlanga Commission on Monday.
However, evidence leaders have filed an application for evidence to be held in camera.
Additionally, that Khan's legal representatives be entitled to be present in the in-camera proceedings.

The former Major General was expected to testify earlier this month, but his legal team informed the Commission that he was medically unfit to attend.
The Commission has since ordered Khan to undergo an independent medical assessment to establish whether he is fit to testify.
The order follows scrutiny of medical certificates submitted on Khan’s behalf, including an allegation that one of the certificates had been backdated.
