King Misuzulu pleads for unity

This follows the passing of one of his senior advisors, who's also suspected of having been poisoned.

Buthelezi says the King sought medical attention in Eswatini as he's uncomfortable with seeking treatment in South Africa.

Both his parents received treatment in the country and subsequently died.

Buthelezi says His Majesty is under medical care and is doing well.

He's wished the King a speedy recovery.
