Kodwa blames lack of service delivery in Lichtenburg on cadre deployment

JOHANNESBURG - ANC NEC member Zizi Kodwa says the reason behind the lack of service delivery in the Lichtenburg area is the result of cadre deployment.

He says the councillors and representatives had their own interests at heart and not that of the people.

"We think that there is a lot that needs to be done to turn around this municipality," he said.

"Look around here, there has not been service delivery for years and people are telling the story and it is only the African National Congress that can self-correct."
