LOERIEHEUWEL, EC - Residents of Loerieheuwel in the Eastern Cape claim foreign-owned spaza shops are ripping them off.
They say they tag on an additional R10 on everything, even electricity whether its cash or card payment.
They claim there's no regulation and they're still waiting for a response from Kouga municipality after contacting them almost a year ago.
The municipality says they never got the complaints and pricing is not their responsibility.
