KRAAIFONTEIN, WC - Seven people have been shot in Kraaifontein in the Western Cape, leaving just one survivor.
Among the dead are four women.
It is reported that near midnight on Tuesday, two females aged 19 and 25 year we fatally shot while a 24 year old male had to be rushed to hospital after the attack on Molefe Street, Wallacedene.

In another incident, a few minutes apart from the above incident on Taleman Street, Wallacedene, two females in their twenties were shot dead in their bedroom. The pair were found with gunshot wounds to their heads.
The police are not ruling out that the two incidents could be linked.
In another shooting incident, on the same night just before ten in the evening, two males were shot and killed on the corner of 9th Avenue and Verster Street, Eikendal. The two victims were declared dead on the scene while suspects fled and are being sought by police.
