KwaMashu hospital staff down tools

DURBAN - Health services in KwaMashu will be affected on Monday.

Staff at the Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme Memorial Hospital are downing tools.

Nurses, general staff and security accuse management of neglect.

Nurses say they have no accommodation and some staff members have been demoted.

The Public Servants Association has asked the Health Department to intervene, but there's been no response.
