KWAZULU-NATAL - A warning of harsh weather conditions remains in place in multiple provinces, and disaster teams are on alert.
Seven bodies have been recovered in Lamontville, KwaZulu-Natal following this week's floods.

The southern parts of Durban were worst affected, with five people, including three children,
losing their lives after they were swept away in Lamontville.
Despite the tragedy, authorities maintain they didn’t intentionally place residents in danger.
