Leaders convene for National Dialogue amid protests and absentions

PRETORIA - President Cyril Ramaphosa says he will not allow R740-million of taxpayers' money to be used for the National Dialogue.

He says the costs of the National Convention will be much lower.

The lead-up to the event faced plenty of controversy, but now begins the moment of truth.
