Legislative changes in SA land reform in progress: Mashatile

JOHANNESBURG - There is finally some movement in terms of land reform and restitution. That is according to Deputy President Paul Mashatile.
He was answering questions in Parliament on land reform.
Mashatile says some new legislative developments will help accelerate processes.

Additionally, Mashatile also says they're working to help municipalities in distress.
During the State of the Nation Address in February, President Cyril Ramaphosa,
announced that more that 60-percent of municipalities are dysfunctional.
