BLOEMFONTEIN – Former finance minister Trevor Manuel said despite being in different political homes, he and the late Mosiuoa Lekota stayed in contact because they shared similar ideals.
Manuel was speaking ahead of Mosiuoa’s funeral in Bloemfontein. He said Lekota was bigger than any political party and that is why his funeral has people from political parties are speaking at the funeral.
"He was a builder, he was a visionary, determined in every possible way."
