CAPE TOWN - Deputy President Paul Mashatile is responding to questions in the National Assembly.
Mashatile is expected to answer questions on issues around service delivery and fuel price increases.
One contentious question is whether he thinks it's appropriate for members of cabinet not to declare luxury gifts from foreign governments.
