JOHANNESBURG - Former Social Development spokesperson Lumka Oliphant is setting the record straight.
Social Development Minister Sisisi Tolashe has accused Oliphant of running a coordinated smear campaign.

Tolashe faces multiple controversies, including alleged irregular appointments and redirecting donated vehicles to members of her family.
