PRETORIA - CCTV footage is in focus at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
The footage shot on the 27 November 2024 shows police sergeant, Fannie Nkosi, using a vehicle assigned to his superior, Shadrack Sibiya, to collect a package from Katiso 'KT' Molefe's house.

According to Crime Intelligence Boss, Dumisani Khumalo, who showed the footage to the commission, Nkosi allegedly did the dirty work regarding cartels on Sibiya's behalf.
